The hotel that revolutionizes the experience of the stay
Freedom, Sharing and Technology are at the heart of this innovative hotel, not only for the mountains of the Aosta Valley.
An artist was needed to think the interiors of the original Omama Social Hotel in Aosta, a place with a concept of advanced technology, which praises freedom and sharing.
The structure, whose accommodation architecture has been redesigned and renewed by the architect Fabio Alba, focuses on a visitor experience that is very different from that of the other 4 stars. The guest can prepare himself to eat, use the laundry room, have breakfast in the Omama-lounge, with its panoramic lounges, interact with the hi-tech social tables and enjoy the LED-walls that transmit works of art and landscapes. natural.
With your smartphone, you can do anything from self check-in to opening the door of your room, listening to the Spotify playlist while taking a shower to buy the furniture around it.
The furnishings and interior design of the hotel have been handled by the Aosta Valley artist Chicco Margaroli, who has chosen a visual style focused on the basic color ranges that recall the nature of the region, with the use of yellows, greens and pinks .
Vera is among the lamps used in this very particular hotel.
“The lighting was chosen to measure the effect I was looking for – says Chicco Margaroli – Vera was proposed by Andrea Zorzi of Light Center and for me it was the first opportunity to use an Icone Luce product. The versatility of this lamp has allowed us to exploit it in the corridors of the rooms and, in the large format, also in the conference rooms. It’s a bit of a leitmotif of the hotel. “
Vera illuminates environments where art installations tell the territory and its traditions, where you can have breakfast, never alone, on large personalized tables; the seats are of the international lounge bar type; design armchairs and sofas vary throughout the year as a co-marketing proposal.
